Sunny for a long time with high temperatures. Showers sometime between 6pm and 10pm with a temporary risk of strong winds.

Today starts out dry. There may be some clouds at first, but soon there will be plenty of sun.
The temperature rises quickly and eventually we reach a maximum in Limburg of between 28 and 29 degrees Celsius locally.

The shower area will reach us from the west in the early evening. The timing of this cold front is still a bit uncertain, but there is a good chance of rain spreading across Limburg somewhere between 6 and 9 p.m. There is also a chance of thunder and heavy rain in a short time. In most places it will not rain for more than 30 to 60 minutes.

There will again be plenty of wind, averaging 4 to 5 Beaufort from the southwest.
Wind gusts sometimes peak at the front of the shower area at speeds of about 50 km/h. During the passage of the shower wave, wind speeds may reach about 75 km/h. Some local extremes of more than 80 km/h cannot be ruled out. So this is definitely a point of interest for events.
To be clear, the storm will not blow for hours, and strong winds can only be expected during the passage of the squall line.

The night before Sunday will be dry. Then the winds will die down.
It will be very cold at the back of the cold front. At dawn, lows will be around 12 to 13 degrees Celsius.
