Bella Hadid took to Instagram to speak publicly about her mental health: “The rollercoaster of Malfunctions and attrition.” This isn’t the first time the supermodel has been candid about her battle with depression and anxiety.
Bella Hadid shared this video of Willow Smith on Instagram last Tuesday with over 47 million followers. She added an emotional account of her fear and a series of selfies showing her crying. Bella has spoken about battling major depression and anxiety since she was a teenager.
This time she responded to Willow’s video about insecurity and fear, saying that Willow’s words made her feel less alone.

“Social media is not real. For anyone going through a hard time, please remember that. Sometimes all you need to know is that you are not alone,” the form wrote at the bottom of the message.
“I’ve had enough breakdowns and burnouts to figure this out: If you work hard on yourself, and spend time alone to understand traumas, triggers, pleasure, and routines, you will always be able to understand or understand more. Learn what your pain is and how to deal with it.”
In her post, Bella also gave advice to her fans who are struggling with their mental health.
“I want you to know that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel, and that the rollercoaster always comes to a complete stop at some point,” she said.
“There’s always room to start over, but for me it’s always been nice to know – even if it takes a few days, weeks or months – it really does get better, to some extent, if only for a while.”
