But can this game be saved?
Konami announces via Twitter that eFootball First update on October 28. Version 0.9.1 should fix some bugs currently afflicting the game, although the publisher remains vague about exactly what issues it will address.
eFootball was released last week as a free football game. Several mistakes, including players who suddenly fell to the ground and distorted the faces of stars just like Messi and Ronaldo, soon ensured that eFootball currently has the lowest user rating ever on Steam.

For now, it remains to be seen what bugs will be fixed at the end of this month, and whether that will be enough to save the game after its miserable launch.
