The former window factory is now a modern commercial complex

Project developer Van den Boer Concept from Lommel has almost completed the construction of the Fenestra Business Campus in Pelt. Almost all of the 32 SME units at the site where the windows and doors were previously manufactured have now been sold.

Van den Boer Concept develops residential, commercial and industrial projects. The company also works closely with construction company and project developer Lamers from Hammont Achill, together they form the LV Group. A good example of such co-creation is the Einderpark residential project, with 15 houses and 69 apartments near Lommel city centre. “The work has started and we will start sales soon,” says Eno Lammers of the LV Group. “This will be a major achievement, including the incorporation of the latest technology.” In total, Van den Boer Concept has around 150 apartments planned.

Most relevant to Made in Limburg readers are the commercial projects the Lommel project developer has in the pipeline. One of the most eye-catching complexes, the Finestra Business Park in Bilt Knolem Park, is nearing completion. Our sister company Derdaele+ is busy building this SME website. “We built 32 SME units on a 25,000 square meter site on the site of the former Umans, and then Belisol,” says Philipp Umans from Van den Boer Concept. “A beautiful project that was sold at lightning speed. We only have a few showroom buildings left. There is still a lot of demand for this type of commercial building. Especially if the assets are combined, such as contemporary, solid architecture and maintenance-” Free materials and high standard Of finishing. In any case, we will continue to invest with our group to make a diverse and high-quality offer available to entrepreneurs in Limburg.”
