KORTRIJK – West Flemish Alfa Shirt has acquired textile printer Leuven Biznizpoint. The companies announced this together in a press release. Companies come together to provide more diverse services to their customers by integrating their knowledge and technologies.
“Thanks to this acquisition, we can serve our customers faster, more personal and better,” says Dirk DeClercq of Biznizpoint. “Especially those who attach great importance to sustainability.”
The merger into Alfa Shirts allows the company to strengthen its focus on in-house production. “This approach allows Alfa Shirt to maintain complete control over every aspect of textile printing and embroidery, providing unparalleled quality assurance to customers who produce in Belgium,” she said. “Both companies have the same sustainable DNA and are therefore GOTS (Sustainability Mark, ed.) certified.”
Benoit Clarisse, founder and owner of Alfa Shirt, also stresses the importance of collaboration. “The sustainable movement has been going on in our sector for some time. In order to remain relevant, it is essential to take advantage of interesting acquisition opportunities that also benefit our clients.” In this way, the Welsh-Flemish Company also maintains its ties with the Flemish Brabant region.
