This year, there will be no less than sixteen Brussels residents on the Pukkelpop bill: a perfect balance of well-known and lesser-known artists. If you ask us, the main reason why Pukkelpop sold out so quickly.
It will come as no surprise that the Brussels rap scene has been very popular for years. Stikstof (Zwangere Guy, Jazz Brak, DJ Vega, Astrofisiks) will once again destroy the PKP dance floor with their lyrics and beats about life in Brussels. In addition, Jazz Brak will also be found soloing on the elevator panels. The Flemish West Brussels resident Brihang will open the festival weekend on Thursday evening. Pukkelpop has yet to announce another internship and we can already reveal that a Brussels resident from our editorial team at BRUZZ will be allowed to do his thing there.
We’re also looking forward to the solid guitars of Black Box Revelation. Jan Paternoster and Dries Van Dyk will do what they were booked to do: give the audience one of the best shows of their lives.
The duo Lander & Adriaan have also become more popular with the general public over the years and can show off their elevator skills. Definitely not to be missed.
But there is no Pukkelpop without many DJs. Manz, Stanislava, Emilia, Otis, Black Mamba, Lilyhel, Zozibaby, Onos and Selene will spoil the audience with the best tunes and give the best parties of the weekend! You will find them mainly in the pavilion.
