One candidate after another is announced for the “Smartest Person in the World” award, and now another participant has been announced. And none other than singer Emma Bell is participating in the competition program!
Club Brugge goalkeeper Simon Mignolet, interior designer Bart Appeltens and comedian Xander De Rijke: these are just a few of the many names involved. Participate in the new season of “The Smartest Person in the World” which starts on October 14th.And now a new participant has been announced.
No one is participating in the competition program except singer Emma Bell! She said this herself in an episode of the new series “Café Congé”. Joris Hessels asked her what else is in the works.

She replied that there are still a lot of things she can’t say anything about yet, but she has two shows this fall, on November 21 and 29. But she can also participate in “The Smartest Person in the World” this year. She said: “I will prepare a little, but I am here mainly for the atmosphere.” She also received advice from Mark Van Ranst and Victor Verhulst, who were with her in the studio.
