Last week we received reports from 3 well-known companies that have radically changed course and chosen a completely new name through rebranding. Software house iFacto Group of Stéphane Arazola de Onati turns into Oxygen Group, orthopedic aids specialist Sprofit of Luc Thijs becomes Moovartes, and sustainable energy solutions installer G&D Group of CEO Stéphane Peyten will henceforth be known as Energreen.
It seems as if Santa has brought packages containing name changes, because several Limburg companies are announcing big changes in their identity.
1. The first name to disappear is iFacto, the company of Lummense CEO Steven Arrazzola de Onati, which specializes in implementing Microsoft applications for business. “After years of growth, we are transitioning to a new and enhanced offering under this name Oxygen group“We have not only developed a new brand, but also a clear vision that we endorse with all the companies in our group,” says Arrazola de Oñate. The Oxygen Group represents the oxygen we provide to all our stakeholders for growth. The clients, businesses, our 220 employees, and potential new entrepreneurs deserve it. That’s why we want to communicate and support this better as a group.
2. A name you will never come across again is Sprofit. Entrepreneur Luc Thijs, who acquired 100% of the shares last June, wants to start a new chapter with his company. “The vision we are putting into action is characterized by ‘action’ with an eye to the future. As a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of a wide range of orthopedic and surgical products, we are now Movarts “Through life,” says Luke Theis. “The name is a combination of arsus (movement) and Latin ars (skill). This sums up our mission and vision in one word: movement. Because getting people moving with the right tools: that’s our goal.”
3. To become a leading player in installing sustainable energy solutions from now on Energren The name of the thing. It is the umbrella organization for the various installation companies (10 acquisitions in the last 5 years) which have until now been under the umbrella of the Green and Durable Group (or G&D Group). “In recent years, several collaborations and acquisitions have been created and included within the Green & Permanent Group. But it is clear that we have now chosen a unified name, which is Energreen. Under this flag we want to become even more of a reference in the ‘sustainable energy sector and beyond.’ He is growing into a European player.”
