Brickworks Vandersanden Group has just received a Platinum rating for Best Managed Companies from Deloitte. This means that Pelzer Bakery has won this prestigious award for 7 years in a row. Golazo and Provan (6 years old) follow closely.
There are 29 of them: Belgian companies that received the prestigious label of Best Managed Company from the jury led by Françoise Chompart. It is an award for high-performing private companies that “demonstrate consistent leadership in their sector by translating a clear strategy, strong and innovative competencies and employee engagement into excellent financial results.”
This year’s edition is special because it honors the first Platinum Award-winning companies, which are companies that have been recognized for their excellence for seven consecutive years since the program’s inception. Including one Limburg company: the Vandersanden Group from Pilsen.
Eligible for this next year: Provan from Genk and Golazo from Beringen. They have been able to re-qualify them for a gold award.
Also worth mentioning here: IT company Easi, which has an important branch of C-Mine in Genk, also received the platinum label. Mercury Orval, which won the award for the third time in its home country of Sweden, can count on the positive evaluation of the Belgian branch, which is managed by the Limberger Wout van Impe team.
