In the middle of the evening the temperature is between 16 and 21 degrees.
Tonight there will still be a split in our country regarding cloud cover. The southeastern half will see continuous cloud cover. Locally, a shower may fall from thick clouds. Elsewhere in the country it will remain dry and there will be a large clear sky. Some fog may develop locally in the north during the night. With little wind, it will cool to 9 to 12 degrees in clear areas. Under cloud cover in Limburg it will not get colder than about 15 degrees.
Tomorrow: Big differences
The differences are also great in our country on Saturday. From the south, the rain area moves towards the Benelux countries, but most of the rain falls on Germany and Belgium. There are a lot of clouds in front of this rain area and the southeastern half of our country faces it during the day. In the far southeast it may rain for a while on Saturday afternoon. Elsewhere in the country, apart from local showers, the weather remains dry and regularly sunny. Coastal areas in particular are likely to have a sunny Saturday, which makes for great weather outside. There is little wind and temperatures rise in most places to around 22 degrees.
Sunday: Nice summer weather
The second day of the weekend is also clearly the best day of the weekend in terms of weather. Local showers in the east in the morning cannot be ruled out, but they will not be large. A large part of the day will be dry everywhere, and the sun will have the final say. With long sunny spells, the temperature will also be slightly higher than on Saturday. It will eventually be 22 degrees on the coast and more than 24 degrees in Limburg. The wind will be light to moderate northwesterly.
Monday: Warm Summer
On the first day of the new week, things look a little brighter for holidaymakers in their own country. It remains dry everywhere and the sun shines abundantly. The winds are also turning towards the east, bringing warm air towards the land. Inland, summer temperatures reach 26 or 27 degrees across the country, but local summer values of 25 degrees can also be achieved in the western coastal areas. With sunny weather, it is great weather for going to the beach. In the far north and on the Wadden Islands it is a little warmer at 21 to 24 degrees.
Then: Perfect holiday weather
In the following days, the summer weather seems to be holding. The days are dry and with a lot of sun, the temperature rises daily to summer values of 25 degrees or higher. In the southeast of the country, tropical temperatures of up to 30 degrees can be seen. In the second half of the week, the chance of heavy rain and thunderstorms gradually increases. Temperatures also seem to drop slightly over the weekend.
