Did you know that Worms Armageddon is 25 years old? Yes, we are getting older… in honor of this birthday Team17 Announced the anniversary edition of Worms Armageddon.
The Worms Armageddon Anniversary Edition will be released on September 26, giving console players the chance to immerse themselves in the artillery mayhem of Worms for the first time.
The developers say they’ve put a lot of attention into improvements, with several quality improvements and a completely redesigned user interface for all versions.
Worms Armageddon will feature online support, allowing up to six players to cooperate or compete against each other. The online is cross-generational, so PS4 and PS5 owners can play against each other, just like Xbox One and Xbox Series owners.
Worms Armageddon Anniversary Edition will be available starting September 26 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
